Hi, my name is Shouhei Uemura. I am a student of Kumamoto Gakuen University and I am in third year. My major is English and I like English very much. I entered this university because I was interested in English when I was in high school. I am very looking forward to meet you in America. I want to go Arizona because I want to go Grand Canyon. I watched TV about Grand Canyon and I was very interested in it. It is very beautiful and fantastic. I hope that I go to there with you.I belong to Photo club now. I am a leader of this club. Photo club is very fun and my friends are very interesting and funny. I am doing my best to make everyone laugh. I am happy when I see my friends’ smile. I have to do some funny things in a welcome party. It is “Ippatsugei. It was very difficult for me when I was freshman, but I can do easy now. So I am thinking my Ippatsugei. I have a lot them, but I want to do new. I wanted to be a comedy man, but now, I don’t want to be because it looks very hard. Do you know very famous comedy man in America? I am very interested in it, so please tell me! There are five people and two dogs in my family. I like my family because they are interesting very much. I respect my parents because they teach me many things. I can live now because they take care of me. I can’t have much time with them now because I am busy. But I want to take care of my parents in the future. I love my dogs. Their name is Kon and Nana. They are very cute. Sometimes I walked with them when I was in junior high school. That was so fun, and it was very good exercise for me because I was in baseball club. I enjoyed playing baseball with my friends when I was in the baseball club. I played baseball when I was in high school, too. Now, I play baseball with my university friends sometimes. It is very fun. Do you play baseball? I want to play or watch baseball with you! And I am very interested in Ichiro. I really respect him, and I respect his thinking, too. Sometimes his positive thinking makes me strong. I think Ichiro is hero for children. I like to sing very much. I often go to Karaoke with my friends and sing. Songs give me lot of power. My favorite singer is EXILE. They are Japanese singers and they are famous in Japan very much. Sometimes I sing in an event and I like to see people smiling. I can sing “Song for You” very well. I remember the lyrics. But to sing this song was very difficult for me so I practice at Karaoke. I often go to Karaoke with my friend, Hiro. He also can sing very well. So we sang a song together in the event. In that event, audiences looked so happy when they listen to our songs. So I was so happy to see them. Music make people happy and music make our memories. Music is wonderful. So I want to be a person who gives music. In America, I want to do many things. Travel, study, and talk. I don’t think my English is good, but please talk with me lots. I want to communicate with people and I want to make my English good.
